Run across the Gower straight out of Camp Love Trails to your coasteering adventure. This is a beautiful route and roughly 15.5km. Visit the FAQ section below for a link to the route.

FAQs

The meeting point for coasteering is the National Trust Car Park in Rhossilli Bay, Swansea SA3 1PR.

The meeting time is dependent on which activity slot you have booked. You'll meet your instructor, get kitted up then head off on your activity. If running to the activity, please allow enough time to meet your instructor on time, and if you're driving, please allow enough time for any traffic and to park your car.  

- Trainers / trail shoes / closed toe grippy shoes that can get wet

- Swim shorts / swim suit to wear under the wetsuit

- Any medication you may need

Yes! The route to Rhossilli from Camp Love Trails is roughly 15km, on a mix of trail and bridleways. You'll need to run with any kit you need for the day, and factor in running back or taking public transport. Click here for a suggested route to Rhossilli.
